While there are a handful of fun activities to do in Amarillo, sometimes it can be difficult finding a family-inclusive place to take your loved ones. Cingery Amarillo Featuring EPIC is the perfect place to gather a group looking to have age-inclulsive fun. The southwest part of town where it is located is a newer, developing area that is quickly growing and becoming a hub for both residential and commercial purposes. There is a housing development and school south of Town Square. Located in that community is the Hillside Elementary School, Hillside Christian Church – Amarillo West Campus, and Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Suites.
The movie theaters feature EPIC which stands for “Experience Perfection in Cinema.” This experience is unique because the theaters focus on audiovisual effects meaning an enhanced viewing. There is also an option for moviegoers to order food at the concession stands and have it delivered to their seat in the theater. For anyone 21 and up, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase and can be taken into the individual theaters to enjoy. Cinergy also has bowling lanes for those who want a more physically active experience. With various ball weights and finger hole sizes to choose from and even lane assist ramps available, Cinergy is the perfect place to take the kids for a day of bowling. Bowlers must use the shoes provided by the facility or their own but they must be made for bowling alley lanes. When you get to your lane, a QR code can be scanned in order to place food and drink orders to be delivered to you. There is also a bar directly behind all of the bowling lanes so when a member of the crew gets thirsty, they can easily mosey over and grab a drink.
When you first walk into the establishment, you will be greeted by a large room full of games, a zip-line course called the Skywalker. Playing these games can earn tickets that can be used to purchase prizes in the award store. Laser tag is another option available for those who want to have a more interactive experience. For those who like to figure out riddles, Cinergy offers multiple escape rooms to choose from. There is also event space to rent out for birthdays and other parties.

Adventure Park features a massive trampoline park, climbing wall, plenty of games, and a ninja course, among other things. Anyone interested in visiting can go to 5461 McKenna Square, Amarillo, TX 79119 to see what it is all about. It is in a building with Cask & Cork, The Studio, and The Local Wedge. Verdure, a newer local facility, is also located in the same area with a luxurious gym and swimming pool.
